Yan Liang is the Kremer Chair Professor of Economics at Willamette University, a Research Associate at the Levy Economics Institute and a Research Scholar at the Global Institute for Sustainable Prosperity. Her work applies MMT to China's macroeconomics, industrial policy and international trade, and appears regularly in East Asia Forum and specialist China journals.
