Warren Mosler is an American economist, fixed-income investor and the originator of Modern Monetary Theory, which he set out in Soft Currency Economics (1993). He is president of Valance Co. and co-founded Illinois Income Investors. He resides in the US Virgin Islands and continues to publish on monetary operations at moslereconomics.com.
