Stuart Medina Miltimore is a Spanish economist and biotech executive, founding president of Red MMT España and the author of El Leviatán Desencadenado (Lola Books, 2016) and La Moneda del Pueblo. He advises parliamentarians of the Basque Country's Elkarrekin Podemos and is one of the most prominent MMT voices in Spanish-language economic debate.
