Rohan Grey is Assistant Professor of Law at Willamette University and President of the Modern Money Network. His research covers the legal design of money, digital fiat currency and central bank operations; he drafted the STABLE Act with Rashida Tlaib and is the author of Digitizing the Dollar (Melville House, 2021).
