Philippa Sigl-Glöckner is a German economist and managing director of Dezernat Zukunft, the Berlin think tank she co-founded in 2020 to rethink monetary, fiscal and financial policy. She previously advised the German Federal Ministry of Finance and Liberia's Ministry of Finance and co-authored Eine neue deutsche Finanzpolitik, an influential proposal to reform the debt brake.
