Pavlina Tcherneva is President of the Levy Economics Institute of Bard College and a professor of economics at Bard, where she founded the Bard-OSUN Economic Democracy Initiative. She is the author of The Case for a Job Guarantee (Polity, 2020), translated into nine languages, and has advised the ILO, UN bodies and lawmakers on employment programme design.
