Dirk Ehnts is a German heterodox economist and the leading academic advocate for Modern Monetary Theory in the German-speaking world. He chairs the Pufendorf-Gesellschaft in Berlin, lectures at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and teaches MMT each summer at Maastricht University. He organised the first European MMT Conference in 2019.
