Deborah Harrington co-runs Public Matters with Jessica Ormerod, publishing on the NHS and the socio-economic determinants of health. A member of the NHS Reinstatement Bill committee since 2014 and an advisory board member at the Gower Initiative for Modern Money Studies, she co-authored the UK chapter of Modern Monetary Theory: Key Insights, Leading Thinkers (Edward Elgar, 2023).
