Daniel Kostzer

Daniel Kostzer is an Argentine labour economist who helped design and implement the Plan Jefes y Jefas de Hogar, Argentina's 2002 job-guarantee programme that at its peak employed two million people. He is chief economist at the International Trade Union Confederation and a Senior Regional Wages Specialist with the ILO in Asia and the Pacific.
