Cory Doctorow is a Canadian-British science fiction author, journalist and Electronic Frontier Foundation special adviser who coined the term 'enshittification' in 2022. He publishes the daily Pluralistic newsletter and is A.D. White Professor-at-Large at Cornell. Recent books include Enshittification (2025), The Internet Con (2023) and Chokepoint Capitalism (2022, with Rebecca Giblin).
