Chris Cook is a London-born energy market strategist and former director of the International Petroleum Exchange. Now a Senior Research Fellow at UCL's Institute for Strategy, Resilience and Security, he develops networked-market and commodity-currency models for the Nordic Enterprise Trust in Scotland and is best known as the originator of the Iranian Oil Bourse project.
