Andrew Berkeley is a UK researcher and co-author, with Richard Tye and Neil Wilson, of An Accounting Model of the UK Exchequer (GIMMS, 2020/2021), an institutional study of how the British state spends, taxes and issues debt. The follow-up paper How does the government spend? extends the model with primary-source documentation reaching back to the 12th century.
